When you initially log in to Avaya web.alive, you will be prompted to download a microinstaller which will only take 2-3 minutes to complete. Note that you will need administrative rights on your computer and web.alive is not yet Mac OS compatible. Once you are inside the virtual environment you will be able to customize your avatar, explore the surroundings, and meet other people who are also visiting.
